What did you like about your stay in the property or location?
Comfortable bed, great shower, enough towels, plenty of space, clean room, great location. I really appreciated being able to call customer service b/c we did not receive the e-mail with room information. The person who answered the phone thankfully gave me the information. I also called back because our refrigerator was not turned on. Someone did stop by and did get it working for us,, so we appreciated that too.

Others arrived in a room above us and made a lot of noise for a few hours, after 10 pm. They did eventually quiet down!

Loved the comfortable bed, underground floor heating, great shower pressure and hot water. Signing in and out is seamless as well.

Not all the TV channels worked. Plus if the front door could be closed without it banging so hard that would be great.

What did you like about your stay in the property or location?
I was given a double room, although I only required a single. The room was clean and tidy. The bed very comfortable. I was very pleased with the bathroom, especially the underfoor heating. I found the staff pleasant and friendly, always ready to help. The room door was sometimes difficult to open but there was always assistance. I was impressed by the professionalism of all concerned
What did you not like about your stay in the property or location?
People coming in late at night, sometimes at two in the morning, and talking very loudly. Also banging the halldoor. This was disturbing. It only takes a moment to close the door gently. On that point, I didn't see the securiy person during my stay at Rathgar.

Room was a bit too warm. Turned off radiator but underfloor heating in bathroom was still on Catch on window was broken so couldn’t leave window open

Clean, comfy bed, powerful shower, good to have tea and coffee making facilities in the room and extras in the lounge area.
What did you not like about your stay in the property or location?
We stayed for 4 nights to arrange and attend a family funeral so had quite a few clothes..some additional hangers would have been good and a chest of drawers to put clothes away. Great that iron and small ironing board provided - nowhere to really put it though. Small things - would stay again.

Constant foot travel can be heard in the building all night. But that can't be helped

For us its a great location. Also the accommodation is always good and comfortable.

Little thing maybe my fault but the safe was locked in the open position. and could not use it.

The location is good for me.

A very loud fire alarm went off on Thursday night & there were no staff present. I had to make a phone call to alert staff.

It would b helpful to fix the bed so it doesn't side away from the wall all the time since it's the only place to sit.

I loved being able to access the accommodation via code so that I could arrive and leave whenever I needed to.

The shower tray didn't hold all the water and it went everywhere in te bathroom but the heated floor meant it dried up very quickly.

Nice and clean rooms Rooms has a very good standard: like tea cooker, coffeemaschine, ect.

The other guests: The guest in room 307, those has had often really very loud sex. Therefore the guest in room 308 turn on the TV very loud. Till midnight, it was impossible to sleep in my room 309. If someone would be at the reception and look for silence..it might be then a better situation.....
