What did you like about your stay in the property or location?
I was given a double room, although I only required a single. The room was clean and tidy. The bed very comfortable. I was very pleased with the bathroom, especially the underfoor heating.
I found the staff pleasant and friendly, always ready to help. The room door was sometimes difficult to open but there was always assistance.

What did you not like about your stay in the property or location?
People coming in late at night, sometimes at two in the morning, and talking very loudly. Also banging the halldoor. This was disturbing. It only takes a moment to close the door gently.
On that point, I didn't see the securiy person during my stay at Rathgar.
