Rates & Availability 
All rates are subject to availability. All discounted rates, limited offers and special promotions are subject to availability. All our rates are Room only unless stated otherwise. Although rooms may be available at the time of enquiry, rooms available under special offers will however be limited.
 
When booking 3 or more rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Please contact your property directly in order to avail of more information.
 
The minimum age for check-in is 18.
 
 
Deposits & Refunds
Prepayment policies vary according to accommodation type. Please check what conditions may apply to each option when making your selection.
 
Advance Purchases – Full Payment is required at the time of the booking and is non-refundable and non-transferable. Any change or cancellation to your booking will result in forfeit of the amount charged. 
 
Refunds are processed according to terms and conditions of your reservations. If you are due a refund, please expect 5-10 working days for refund to appear on your statement. 
 
Kindly note that Hotels cannot accept top-up debit cards.
 
The same credit card used to pay for the booking must be provided at check-in to verify identity of booker. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
 
 
Enquiries
All your booking enquiries should be sent directly to the property. 
 
 
Booking Confirmations
Booking confirmations are automatically sent to booker at the time of the booking when booking process is successful. The email address provided at the time of the booking is used for confirmation emails.
 
 
CANCELLATION
If you cancel your booking up to 24 hours prior to your date of arrival, we will not apply a cancellation charge and we will refund your deposit; If you cancel within 24 hours of your date of arrival, we will charge the 1st night stay to your credit/debit card and retain your deposit; if you fail to cancel your reservation “no show”, the 1st night reservation will be charged to your credit/debit card including your deposit. Please note that for certain promotions or reduced rates cancellation policies may vary.
 
 
ACCURACY
While every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of all information, we do not accept liability for any errors or omissions and reserves the right to change information and descriptions of listed hotels and products.

GIFT VOUCHERS
The following terms and conditions apply to gift vouchers sales.
 
  • Vouchers are non-refundable and must be presented on arrival
  • Vouchers are not reservations. Reservations must be made in advance via telephone by calling Central Reservations or with the hotel directly, quoting the voucher reference number.
  • All reservations are subject to availability.
  • Vouchers are valid for new bookings only.
  • Vouchers are only valid for the value specified and any additional charges must be paid directly by the guest
  • All vouchers are valid for specified period from date of purchase, unless specified otherwise
  • We cannot accept responsibility for any vouchers that are mislaid, lost or stolen.
  • Only original and unaltered vouchers will be honoured.
